Kimi Residence is located in a quiet residential area of Cannes, a short distance from Cannes-Mandelieu Airport and within a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

Kimi offers comfortable accommodations that provide a home away from home feeling. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, stove, dining and cooking utensils).
